Arrival/Opening Services
There’s nothing like a hot shower and an ice cold drink after travel. Let us do the busy work so you can jump right into your Florida lifestyle!
We can open your home for arrival by turning on the water and water heater, set AC to your preference, set pool temperature, plug in appliances/electronics and set their clocks, turn on ice maker, flush toilets and run faucets, turn on lights for late arrivals, etc.
Departure/Closing Services
Play right until you leave, let us secure the house for your absence! We will turn off the water, water heater, set AC to away temperature, unplug specified electronics, turn off ice maker and dispose of ice, remove perishable items from refrigerator and pantry, take out/bring back garbage and recycle cans, check all doors and windows, turn off lights, arm alarm, etc.
